Absentee Bids
We currently DO NOT accept absentee bids on the
internet or by email.
If you cannot attend an auction, you may leave an absentee bid, either in
person, or by fax or telephone. Absentee bids can be taken by telephone (before
the auction only) at (651) 484-1415. Registered clients can fax their absentee
bids either on our forms provided at the gallery or click here for a printable
absentee bid form. Instructions for filling out the absentee bid forms are
also available. These bids are executed competitively for you,
just as if you were bidding yourself. We will try to purchase the item for less
than your high bid and never more than you indicate.
Absentee bid forms are available at the gallery office. Instructions for
completing the form are on the back side of the form or
click here. Any absentee bids from
unregistered bidders must be accompanied by address, phone number and credit
card information. The results of your bidding can be faxed to you after the sale
or you should call within two days of the sale to find out if you are the
successful bidder. It is your responsibility to arrange to pick up your items by
the Saturday following the auction. There is a $1 service charge for each
successful absentee bid.
